Returns & Refund Policy

Returns come with a charge. While we take pride in our products, we understand that they may not always meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer a return service for a fee, covering the cost of return shipping.

For missing product claims, we require an unboxing video as evidence. To make such a claim, you must provide a clear video of the unboxing process, showing all items in the order as they are first opened.

Please be aware that items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We offer a three-day window for returns, allowing you to request a return within three days of receiving your order.

We want to clarify that we are not liable for shipping delays. No Doubt Collective relies on third-party courier services, and any delays in shipping are beyond our control. We provide an approximate delivery time frame and tracking number, and our customer service team is committed to offering the best support possible. If your order is time-sensitive, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered after eight hours. If an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if not accepted upon delivery. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, No Doubt Collective reserves the right to deny future orders. In the case of prepaid orders, we are not responsible for refunding the order amount if it is refused or returned at the doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will incur additional charges, including two shipping and repacking costs.

Returned orders must be in their original condition and packaging. We require returned items to be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received. Please include all original documents with the returned product.

Please note that return requests must be approved by No Doubt Collective Team before initiating the process, and there are no refunds or exchanges for products purchased during sales or on discounted items.
