Return & Cancellation

Return is only applicable on the items which are either defective, damaged, or Not as described. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase & an image or video of the defective product.

If you have received a product which is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” and you wish to return the product, you have to raise a return request sending us an email on our customer support.

Once we have received your request, we will get in touch with you to further understand the issue and will process the request for refund.

We do a reverse pickup of the product which is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” from the customer’s place in an unused/undamaged condition with all tags, bills and original packaging intact.
